Data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers. Authentication is handled by industry‑standard identity providers. Media you upload is stored securely and served via CDN.

Your choices
- Access, update, or delete your profile data in the app or by contacting us.
- Request a copy of your data or account deletion via melo@cultur.lol.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. When you delete content or your account, we begin deletion processes promptly, subject to technical and legal limits.
Children
cultur is not directed to children under the age required by local law to provide consent. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
